We place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care. Our mission is to enrich the lives of the disabled and adult population by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living, this benefits not just our clients but also their families, our staff, and the greater community.
Programs and Services Offered
General Information Technology
We provide our clients with daily workshops that will assist them in navigating the internet, setting up emails, and downloading different apps, etc. At Hands of Faith our staff will keep you updated on technology that is needed in today's society. You can be rest assured that we will provide our clients with the latest information in technology.
Transportation
Many of our community members at Hands of Faith Healthcare require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our center provides transportation that is wheelchair accessible to go to and from any appointment, weekly casino visits etc. By catering to the personal needs of each client, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home with Hands of Faith Concierge Healthcare.
Medication Monitoring
Hands of Faith Concierge Healthcare has licensed nursing staff who are trained in medication administration. We will pick up prescriptions, come to your home and assist in explaining, educating, and setting up your medication in a pill box. We want to ensure that there are never any errors in the administration of medication, and we also incorporate any and all individualized instructions from caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the medication they may need.
Respite Care and Activities of Daily Living
At Hands of Faith Concierge Healthcare, we want our clients to have an amazing experience. Activities of Daily Living are taken into account when considering aspects such as one's exercise routine or any specific daily function applicable to the person. We also regularly schedule a variety of engaging, entertaining activities such as arts and crafts, hiking and walks, swimming, and varying recreational activities. We also offer respite care for those who want a mental reset or vacation for themselves and need overnight care for their loved one.
